The salad Bar
Located in the SustanAbility building, guests can find The Salad Bar.
For $10 ($6 for a kids version) a bowl, guests get a bowl to fill up with lettuce and other vegetables and proteins to build their own salad bowl for lunch/ dinner.
On the left is a replica of the menu displayed out front to show guests what dining options they have.
The catch? To promote sustainable eating, all the food found at the salad bar were grown on SustainAbility! After guests put together their salad bowl, they can find seating that looks out to the Living with the Land area to see where their lunch/ dinner came from!
The morning catch
Located beside InnerSpace Mountain is The Morning Catch. This two level restaurant has both great views of CenterCore Expo from the top floor and great up close and personal views of the water from the lower floor.
The Morning Catch is a seafood restaurant catering to guests of all ages. Fried platters (various sizes), soups, kids meals, etc.
Much like The Salad Bar, most food items from The Morning Catch are grown/ caught locally at the SustainAbility attraction right next door.
