Our team is partnering with Included, a software company with a focus on making HR data intuitive and helpful with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This quarter we focused on disrupting the recruitment process to drive equitable outcomes for underrepresented candidates. We conducted research with HR professionals and developed a prototype for recruiters to diversify a job role through sourcing.
