The Center for Evaluation & Research for STEM Equity (CERSE) at the University of Washington is a center of research scientists who strive to improve equity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in higher education. CERSE conducts high quality research and evaluation to enhance diversity and inclusion of systematically marginalized populations in STEM. We aim to increase the capacity of universities to enhance equity in STEM fields by creating a platform accessible to students, faculty, and staff that increases visibility, involvement, and collaboration.
