Gordon INternational Bonspiel

The Gordon International Bonspiel is an annually contested match between 20-22 teams comprised of representatives of the Grand National Curling Club (US side) and the Canadian Branch of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club (Canada side). Teams currently play 2-3 "friendly" games plus 2 games to determine which side shall be added to a link on the Gordon International Medal. Medal games are contested on a total rock basis between the two sides. This event has been annually contested, with a few interruptions due to wars and pandemics, since 1884.
