This is an assessment of Mr. Potato Head. This assessment is to see if the students know their colors and body parts and English. What the assessment was about is that the teacher will say a crayon they have to pick up. Once the students have their crayon in their hand, the teacher will tell them which body part to color with that particular crayon. This process continues until they finish coloring each body part with different colors according to what the teacher says. 

This is my lesson plan #7. This lesson plan it explains the activities that i did that day with the students. Not only that, but it also explained what I did in that week. This lesson plan has objective, expectation and standards, vocabulary etc. 

This is a rubric. This rubric was used for the assessment for Mr. Potato Head. The whole assesments was seventeen points. The rubric was dived into two sections for grading. One side was the colors that would be put on Mr. Potato Head. The other part is if the students did each body part correctly. 

This is the roll book. This roll book has my twenty-three students in first grade. In the roll book there is the assessment for Mr. Potato Head. All of them passed the test.
