General Building Emergency Procedures
GENERAL EMERGENCY
In the event of a loss of power, water leak or flood, elevator failure or other non-life threatening building-emergency, employees should take the following steps
Basic Actions
• Call 612-626-6440 and request the “RFSS Building Coordinator,” for power, water, and mechanical issues
Responder Actions
For non-life threatening Urgent work order requests contact the MIDB welcome desk at 612-626-6440 and request the “RFSS Building Coordinator,”
For after hours calls the RFSS 24/7 on-call number is 763-760-4794
Call the FM Call-Center (FMCC) at 624-2900 to notify them of the emergency
Contact the PSECC 9-1-1 Dispatcher by phone calling 9-1-1 to request emergency services as needed
Staff that are located near the emergency should be notified so they may take appropriate precautions
Clear from the immediate area or follow evacuation instructions, if evacuation is necessary.
