CONFERENCE & EVENTS

The MIDB has space available to hold standard meetings in conference rooms and also for events. Meetings can be called at any time, in any space available, and are usually informal in nature. Whereas an Event is usually formal, will have an agenda and/or a programme of activities planned. Events typically are larger in scale and span a longer period of time (multiple hours) than a meeting. If you need further clarification on whether your reservation qualifies as an event or a meeting, please contact the RFSS Event manager, Erin Plesha at rbmsevnt@umn.edu.
