Parking Options
Parking Contracts
Parking contracts are available on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in obtaining a contract please complete the Request for Parking Contract form.
Reciprocal Parking
Contract holders at the Parkway South ramp will have reciprocal parking at the following facilities:
4th Street Ramp (East Bank)
21st Ave Ramp (West Bank)
Gortner Ramp ( St. Paul)
Research Participant Parking
Research participant parking will take place in the Parkway South Ramp attached to the MIDB. Participants will need to pull a ticket upon entry and provide that ticket to the study staff so it can be validated.

After Hours Research Parking
The CNBD has purchased five (5) parking spaces in the surface lot behind the MIDB, located on Cecil Street. These spaces are available to researchers during evening and weekend sessions. Parking must be reserved through the CTSI scheduling site.
Transportation Options
LYFT Pass & LYFT Concierge
MIDB offers Lyft rides (use your MIDB Lyft Pass ) for staff and select students within the campus coverage area during the eligible time windows. We have also implemented a Lyft Concierge program that allows units or research studies to send rides to pick up research participants and bring them to the MIDB for research sessions, as well as bring them back home.
Evie Carsharing Service
In addition, the MIDB is now home to the Evie Carsharing Service. Dedicated parking is now on-site in the front of the building for all one-way trips. Stay tuned for more information on this service and promotional opportunities for new users.
Paratransit & Metro Mobility
For those with accessibility needs, the MIDB is served by the University’s Paratransit Service.
