Academy/Straighterline Extend(B2B) Program Description

Academy programs are readiness, and student success programs designed to help institutions improve retention and admit more college-ready students. These pathway programs support pre-college, at-risk, and stopped-out students to help get them and keep them on track to graduation. Our pathway programs help students lower the cost, and risk of earning a degree.

StraighterLine creates these programs for universities and colleges to help improve student retention and overall enrollments. Straighterline leverages our own technology, courses, and services using the school's brand, and web domain, to meet their unique enrollment goals and needs.

Who is Academy created for?

Pre-Enrollment

Applicants with concerns about academic readiness and student success. This includes applicants who place below college-level math or writing, or do not meet the institution’s traditional admissions requirements

At-Risk

Students facing financial aid caps, affordability concerns, term break, academic progress issues, scheduling misses/starts, and/or unmet general education/elective requirements

Stop-outs

Students out 1 quarter/semester or more. Typically have faced obstacles in past i.e. family/work obligations that prevented the completion of their degree

• Right Time Coaching - Available for Academy Partners only. Premium Coaching Services that focus on helping students with study skills, test taking, health, and mental wellness. Consists of written and video content. Students can schedule time with a coach for review and discussion.
