You will need to have 2 systems open in order to make/receive calls: Ring Central and MAX
You will log in with your Straighterline email address. For example: jdoe@straighterline.com
Click on MAX.
Enter in your Station ID provided by your manager. Make sure you check "Remember Me" so you don't have to enter this in again.
Log in with your Straighterline email address.
Once you log in, you should see this screen.
This pop-up dial pad will only be used to answer outbound/inbound calls.
Available- When you are taking an inbound calls or during your inbound shift
Unavailable Break- Use this when you are taking a break for example- bathroom break
Unavailable Lunch- For your 30 minute break
Unavailable Meeting- Use this during any meetings that you have
Unavailable Outbound Dialing- Use this status when you are on chat/outbound and making calls
Unavailable Projects- You won't use this status too often, but any projects you have you can use this status
Unavailable Technical Difficulties- Any issues you're having with your phone/laptop
Unavailable Training- While you are training, use this status :)
First, click on NEW+ icon.
From there, you enter in the phone number.
In order to successfully make an outbound call, you will need to go to your Ring Central app to answer the call.
After you make a call, click on transfer/conf.
You can choose whether you want to transfer over to a different queue or to a specific person.
