While working at home, you are expected to sign in and out of RingCentral at the beginning and end of your shift. You should also sign in and out for lunches and breaks.
While working from home you must have...
A distraction free environment
An isolated area without distraction from family members, friends, animals, television, electronic item, etc
Work from home, should not occur in an public place
You should not be providing child care, running errands (except during your lunch break) or nursing medical conditions
Access to your company issued laptop and phone
Internet access through your personal Wi-Fi connection
If you experience a loss in access or power, please attempt to regain access immediately
If you are unable to regain access, immediately notify your manager
If the problem persist (for over 20 mins), you could be asked to go into the office to complete your shift or take vacation time to make up for the day/time missed
Access to google messenger throughout the day to communicate with coworkers and manager
Be available for meetings and discussions as needed
Web camera on for virtual meetings
Behavioral Expectations:
No personal calls made or taken on work phone
Do not exceed the standard approved breaks during the work day (bathroom, lunch, 15-min)
Maintain a neat, clean, and appropriate appearance for team/individual virtual meetings
Performance Expectations:
All performance goals are expected to be maintained. Calls and chats will be verified via Ring Central and LiveEngage. EC's who fail to continuously meet performance expectations while working from home can and will be subject to:

Performance improvement plan
Receive a correction action up to and including termination.
