Enrollment Counselors (ECs) will work depending on individual schedule within the hours of 8am to 9pm, Monday through Friday.
Each EC should report to their shift at least 10 minutes early in order to prepare for the start of their shift.
At the start of your shift log into the following systems:
Ring Central
Zoho
Straighterline gmail
LiveEngage (if assigned to do chat for the day)
Check the daily schedule to see what you are assigned to for the day and the times so that you are prepared to work your assigned tasks on time.
2. Review the morning email to check your individual and team performance towards your monthly goals. This email will also share latest updates, marketing promotions (promo codes), reminders & enrollment tips. Use this email to check how you are performing towards your goals and understanding what your daily goal is for the day.

3. Respond to any student inquiries or email correspondence.
4. Go to Zoho Desk to listen to any voicemails assigned to you and return the calls to your leads or assigned voicemails.
5. Follow the Contact Strategy to prioritize your outbound calls for the day.
Update the timezones for each of your NEW leads
Call your NEW leads starting first from Eastern ---> Central ---> Mountain ---> Pacific
Call your calendly appointments according to the time for their scheduled calls
Call your Zoho tasks
Call your Attempt 2 leads
Call your Attempt 3 leads
Call your Attempt 4 leads
