Lead status provides direction and insight into where a lead is positioned in the lead cycle (from form to purchase). Lead statuses are extremely important and are to be used as a tool for ECs to manage their lead pipeline. At a quick glance, lead statuses help to tell a story about the state that a lead is in.
Lead statuses are organized into a few buckets:
Active Leads - leads that have expressed interest in enrolling in SL courses
HOT
WARM
COLD
2. Attempting Leads - leads we are actively calling to make the first touch point.
NEW
Attempt 1

3. Inactive Leads - leads we have never spoken to or who are uninterested or ineligible from enrolling in SL courses

4. Business Leads - leads that are business relationships either partner reps or business reps interested in SL

5. Student Leads - current or previous students who have purchased a SL course at least once
