A/B COURSE TESTING (MCGRAW HILL VS ACROBATIQ)
There are two different versions of the online course platform for a few of our core courses, please reference this document to see all of the pricing differences and website links for the course that will appear on your leads computer.
If a lead calls in and somehow is able to see both pricing listed using different browsers, say the following:
“I apologize for the confusion. StraighterLine wants to ensure the highest quality delivery of online education possible and so we currently offer two different learning platforms as means to understand and improve our student learning experience. You are welcome to choose either course as the content and credit transferability is the same, however, the organization of the material, curriculum and text may differ slightly.”
In the case that a student is in the A/B test but wishes to purchase a different course (either new or as a retake) these issues can largely be fixed by using direct URLs or by changing the settings for which course is "current" in GB*.
