Daily performance goals are assigned and shared with the team each morning by email. Each EC is responsible for meeting their OB call, OB Connections and ENR Goals each day. Daily goals are determined based on your assignments for the day and the shift that you work. Goals may be adjusted throughout the day at any time so each person is responsible for keeping track of their performance and pacing themselves throughout the day in order to achieve their goals.
Performance goals are subject to change by manager and will be emailed and reinforced each morning
ECs that consistently under perform on daily and monthly goals will:
Receive coaching and training from staff and managers
Adjust schedule and daily assignments
Receive lower scores on performance reviews
Risk losing full or partial quarterly bonus amount
Receive PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
Corrective action, to including up to termination
The performance tracker allows ECs to track their daily OB, TTT and monthly ENR goals in order to ensure that they are meeting performance measures.
