ALL Warm, Hot & Cold Leads in your name that you are actively working towards enrollment MUST have a task assigned!!!
Rules:
If the lead has an open task you are to assume the EC is still actively working the lead and CANNOT reassign to yourself, no matter how old the lead 2-way is...
If the lead does NOT have an open task scheduled then they are up for grabs!
Leads with overdue tasks will NOT count...so make sure you are calling, closing and rescheduling tasks --- so if a lead calls in with an overdue task the new EC can reassign to themselves.
All chat leads must have a task for it to stay in your name.
This means you must be extremely diligent about creating tasks and knowing which leads are worth your time. Leads with OVERDUE tasks will NOT count for the assigned EC which means we are not awarding negligence.
Keep up with your tasks, they will help guide your daily calls and keep you on track with your lead engagement.
