Abstract:
This article examines a reciprocal short-term group exchange implemented within the Intercultural Learning programme at EHD University of Applied Sciences (Germany). The study analyzes its theoretical foundation, pedagogical design, process-accompanying evaluation, and documented learning effects, and explores a reciprocal group exchange model in which student cohorts from two countries collaborate and alternate between hosting and visiting roles. The analysis is based on the appropriate Intercultural Learning (IL) concept, elaborated, carried out and coordinated by Marina Metz at EHD University of Applied Sciences (Evangelische Hochschule Darmstadt, Germany).
