Abstract:
The current research focuses on the theoretical substantiation and conceptual modeling of pedagogical technology aimed at forming the aesthetic component in the professional training of future actors and directors. The primary objective is to redefine the educational process by shifting from traditional «master-apprentice» craftsmanship toward a systematic development of aesthetic intelligence as a vital professional competency. This study employs a comprehensive modeling methodology rooted in the anthropocentric paradigm, which allows for the integration of logical constructions with scientific abstractions to bridge the gap between academic algorithms and the irrational nature of creativity. By analyzing the intersection of psychological and pedagogical functions, the work demonstrates that aesthetic sense is not merely an innate gift but a result of purposeful pedagogical influence and structured management within the higher education environment.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the introduction of «emotional architectonics» as a method for structuring feelings through artistic form, as well as the implementation of an «analytical filter» for the conscious deconstruction of creative roles. The study advances the concept of the «axiological vertical», arguing that ethical foundations are not restrictive but are, in fact, the ontological core of any professional action, preventing art from devolving into a mere functional simulation. Through the lens of «cultural convergence», the research proposes a synthesis of humanitarian depth and technical proficiency, transforming the act of performance into an intellectual provocation.
The practical significance of this study is found in the demystification of «inspiration» by translating it into a manageable technological process with guaranteed results. This approach provides educators with the tools to act as «technologists of meanings», fostering a subject-tosubject interaction that stimulates the student’s authentic creative «I». The results indicate that such a systematic transformation ensures «creative adaptability», allowing graduates to maintain their aesthetic core within a rapidly changing digital landscape. Ultimately, the integration of these modeling principles minimizes the influence of subjective factors and replaces chaotic selfexpression with the conscious construction of a professional artistic identity, ensuring the viability of the modern artist in contemporary society.
