The journal ensures long-term preservation and open access to published materials in order to guarantee their availability, integrity, and dissemination.
1. Archiving and Repositories
All published articles are stored:
· on the official journal website;
· in the institutional repository of Uzhhorod National University (if available);
· in national and/or international open-access repositories and databases.
The journal supports self-archiving and does not restrict authors from depositing published materials in open repositories, provided that the original source of publication is properly acknowledged.
2. Technical Preservation Measures
To ensure long-term access, the journal applies:
· regular data backup procedures;
· secure server storage;
· use of stable file formats (PDF, XML, etc.);
· maintenance of metadata in accordance with international standards.
3. Accessibility Guarantees
The editorial board guarantees:
· free and open access to all published content;
· preservation of content in the event of journal discontinuation by transferring archives to specialized repositories or institutions.
4. Compliance with International Standards
The archiving policy complies with open science principles and recommendations of international organizations, including the Directory of Open Access Journals and the Committee on Publication Ethics.
