Abstract:
The educational process consistently demands attention, as it is a vital component of every young person’s life that defines their future. During the learning process–specifically during practical sessions where professional experience, essential information, and specialized skills are transferred – a series of questions arise regarding the quality of the student’s perception. It becomes crucial to understand the very essence of this process and identify what specifically hinders learning. It is proposed to view the learning process not merely as the memorization of theory and practice offered by the educator, but in a broader spectrum: as the formation of a creative personality. It is this personality, rather than just the technical or methodological side of teaching, that determines the speed and quality of a future specialist’s growth. It is essential not only to meet the general requirements of educational programs but to realize that the educational process – especially in the context of today’s global changes – cannot be a mere external curriculum for acquiring professional skills.
Instead, it is a complex process of nurturing the student’s inner nature. One cannot learn something new without being ready to relinquish something within oneself – old habits, preferences, and perceptions that one must learn to recognize. Consequently, to engage in the process of growth, one must acquire the habit of self-analysis, examining conscious and subconscious manifestations that affect the quality of learning and require transformation. This refers specifically to the conscious unleashing of the creative personality within an individual. This article examines the essence of such a personality and outlines certain fundamental stages of growth.
The description of these stages is conventional and based on observations of student behavior during practical classes. While every educator possesses a wide range of such observations specific to their discipline, there are general manifestations that function identically for everyone and can be identified as inherent patterns of the developmental process. In this context, it is vital to study the correlation between the actions of students and educators, where each carries their own tasks and responsibilities at every stage. The unfolding of a creative personality through a conscious attitude toward one’s own development becomes the guarantee of quality education and its future evolution.
