Abstract:

The article examines the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the formation of conducting technique in students within the choral conducting class. The relevance of the study is обусловлена increasing demands for the professional training of future music teachers, particularly in terms of their ability to effectively manage a choir and interpret musical works. Conducting technique is considered as an integral component of professional competence that combines motor skills, musical thinking, and artistic expression.

The structure of conducting technique is analyzed through its main components, including the conducting apparatus, gesture system, metro-rhythmic skills, coordination of movements, and expressiveness of gesture. Special attention is paid to the interconnection between technical proficiency and musical thinking, which ensures the meaningful and expressive realization of a musical composition. The study emphasizes that the development of conducting technique should be based on a holistic approach that integrates technical training with artistic interpretation.

The stages of forming conducting technique are characterized, including the preparatory, initial, basic, and creative stages. Each stage is associated with specific pedagogical tasks and focuses on the gradual development of students’ skills, from mastering basic movements to achieving an individual conducting style. The article also outlines effective teaching methods, such as verbal explanation, demonstration, practical exercises, and the use of innovative and interactive technologies in the educational process.

Particular attention is given to pedagogical conditions that enhance the effectiveness of training, including an individual approach, systematic instruction, and the use of repertoire of varying complexity. The study identifies typical difficulties faced by students, such as poor coordination, lack of expressiveness, and formalized gestures, and proposes ways to overcome them through targeted exercises, individual guidance, and video analysis. перспективы дальнейших исследований связаны with the integration of digital tools and the development of new methodological strategies aimed at improving the quality of conducting and choral training.
