Check for Charge Interference: Ensure the probe and charging block are clean. Dirt or debris on the antenna can prevent a proper connection. Be sure that the probe is shiny clean and free from any debris or smoky buildup (scrub if necessary). Also, be sure the metal contacts in the charging block are clean and free from any damage or food debris. When properly inserted, powered, and making good contact, the charging block will flash in a heartbeat pattern--two flashes, pause, two flashes, pause, etc. If it doesn't blink at all, only blinks 10 times (exactly), or blinks in a rapid fashion with no pauses, try a fresh battery in the charging block and double-check the probe and the block for any debris, build-up, or food remnants. Clean as necessary and try again. If the blinking feedback remains irregular, forward over the details, and we'll help them from there.
Evaluate the Charging Components:
Do you have another charging block you can try. If so, try swapping it out.
If you don't have a spare, try replacing the battery or the entire charging block.
Over-exposure to Temperature: If it has been exposed to extreme temperature conditions, it will diminish the over-all performance of the probe.
