Missing Kit Item

We're sorry you were missing a kit item. In some cases, the item is stored under the tray and other instances, it may have fallen out when opening the box. If you've verified that the item is still missing after looking through all the packaging, a ThermoWorker will follow up with the right corrective actions so that you're taken care of.
