Definition: A paid tier of ThermoWorks Cloud is needed to access the checklist feature. Create an unlimited number of checklists in the Cloud on your browser with all your food items, yes/no questions, and your preferred corrective actions and they will be accessible automatically in the ThermoWorks mobile app on your smart devices. Assign specific checklists to locations and they will be only accessible to associates at that location.
Benefits (Why Bother?): Health inspectors will require proof of checks that have been ongoing in someones establishment. Creating a checklist through ThermoWorks Cloud will not only provide proof for the inspector but also establish accountability among employees and security with your food.
In order for a checklist to be available to choose from in the ThermoWorks App, you'll first need to create it in ThermoWorks Cloud through a browser.
Create questions that can be used in multiple checklists if desired.
If a corrective action is wanted, you'll need to create that first and then come back and create your question.
Create corrective actions that can guide the employee doing the checklist of the possible options of what to do when a check is met or failed.
