The ThermoWorks temperature-controlling fan used to regulate (smoker) temperatures by adding or restricting air near the “fire” in a smoker. It's an effective temperature management device that helps reduce fuel use. It links with the ThermoWorks app to track temperatures and receive notifications or with Smoke X which allows for some mobility while smoking
Here's a simple video of how to set up your Billows: How to Add Billows™ to Your Smoke X™
Airflow: 10 CFM
Even that is too much for many and they’ll need a damper. It’s built differently than other controller fans and it manages airflow differently on purpose, so comparisons to specs, like CFM, are generally fruitless and ineffective; they are almost never apples to apples comparisons.
Pulse Phase: When temp is within 40°F of Set Temp, pulse phase will engage. The Billows' fan will cycle on and off at a rate of once per 2 seconds.
Stability: ±10°F
Power: Needs 12V, either through an AC outlet or a battery bank.

Here's where you can find a Billows Replacement Foam: https://www.thermoworks.com/tx-1608x-fs/
The original Billows had the foam glued to it. We have since stopped gluing the foam to Billows for a few reasons:
Easier to replace when necessary
Easier to fit into different spaces
Makes it a cleaner fit, as the leftover residue and foam pieces would create gaps
