I paid for express shipping, and now its not going to be here in time. Can I get a refund?

We do our best to ship when we say we will, and we try to follow your instructions. However, ThermoWorks cannot guarantee arrival dates because we do not control the various carriers (and even they are not 100% perfect on their own guarantees). If you paid for 2-day or 1-day flat rate shipping and your instruments arrive late, we can refund to you the difference between what you paid for shipping and our standard flat rate.
