My Billows turns off when I open the lid. What's happening?

When Billows detects a 10°F drop in temperature occur within 10 seconds, it will turn off for 2 minutes. This typically happens when the lid is opened. This is to help avoid your Billows to keep blowing while you just have the lid open managing your food.
