Duplicate or Missing Calibration Certificates

"I need the calibration certificate or a duplicate calibration certificate."

• In order to help and if not already provided, we'll need the following information to generate duplicate certificates:

  • The model name and number

  • The order number (if available) or the name or the email it was purchased under

  • The serial number(s) of your device(s)

  • Date (or approximate date) of purchase

  • The email where you'd like the soft-copy duplicates sent

• Once submitted, it can take up to 2 weeks to process requests and send duplicates.
