Measuring pH

How to do a Slurry Test:

1. Mix equal parts of the solid and distilled water (1:1 ratio) in a clean cup.

2. Stir vigorously and let it sit for 15 minutes.

3. Insert your digital pH meter into the liquid portion to get the reading.

This test is great for soil, sushi rice, cheese, etc.
