Welcoming Guest
Now that you have done the necessary preparations for the guest's arrival, it is now time to welcome the guest.
Procedure:
The Valet staff must greet the guest warmly and with a smile;
Use the last name of the guest or address him with Sir/Madame when talking to him/her;
Personally take care of the guest's immediate needs like assistance for carrying his/her luggage;
Open the door for the guest;
Explain the facilities to the guest;
Make suggestions to help the guest enjoy his stay;
Offer additional help and inform the guest how you can be contacted; and
Bid the guest goodbye.
