26/02/2021 - This is a key requirement for FAPs to have in place by 15th March. The new feature allows you to log, document and track complaints directly in the client file, and also in the complaints pipeline.

03/07/2019 - In this update, we've made changes to the pipeline view - you can now easily select which columns you want to see and place them in the order that works best for you. You can now also set a meeting location at any place that is registered on Google Maps to make sure you and your clients are on the same page and in the same place!
Pipeline View:
Update of the Pipelines Section on the Navigation Bar for all Services. This view now matches the Lead and Client Search in layout and editability for ease in tracking and updating your pending pipeline easily.
29/05/2019 - In this update we've made changes to the Dashboard, Client Search and Professional Contacts and added a new way for you to track your Leads and Prospective Clients to make your life that little bit easier!
Dashboard & Terminology:
Activities have been made a priority widget so this should show up as the first widget in the top left. The Dashboard has is now reactive to your screen size, zoom and/or resolution dropping down to one column and extending up to four depending on how you're viewing the CRM.
Terminology updates:
Contact Status: Current Client (at least one current service with you) and Ex-Client (all services with you cancelled) and Lead (everybody else)
Client Status: Person or Business
New Lead Pipeline & Search:
Lead Section has been added into the Navigation Bar - you can add a Lead as a Person or a Business - this is someone who has no services with you (in force or cancelled). Easier to track the flow of your Leads with the new Pipeline Layout. You can filter, view, rearrange and edit out of this Search.
Initially sorted by Next Activity Date (overdue to future)
Columns can be edited, rearranged, removed (or added) and resized and the system will 'remember' this for you so next time you log in your preferences have been saved.
New Client Pipeline & Search:
A Lead would be converted to a 'Current Client' when a service has been put in force by you. Once converted, you can now view this under the Client Section in the Navigation Bar. This is also where Ex-Clients can be found.
Initally filtered as 'Current Clients' under your name, sorted by Next Activity Date (overdue to future)
View and editability updated to match Leads.
Professional Contacts:
Professional Contacts have now been moved down to Additional Contact Section - this allows us to track multiple Professional Contacts that a client may have (for example, Doctor, Solicitor, Accountant, etc).
26/02/2019 - We'll be making some changes in the Activities, Business and Mortgages sections to make your life that little bit easier!
Activities:
Under the Activities Section in the Navigation Bar you will now be able to open an Activity as a pop up and keep your place in the list, rather than scrolling up to the top to. The Details box has also been extended along the bottom for better viewing and some fields will now autopopulate (60 minute length, Activity Name will reflect Activity Type & Assigned Adviser) - these are all editable.
Business Linked Contacts:
Linked Contacts (Primary Contact, Director, Shareholder or Other) can be loaded under the Business Contact to move between associated People without having to run a new search
Mortgage Refix Status:
Refix section has been amended to a dropdown box, allowing each part of the Refix process to be tracked, without having to change the main Mortgage Status. This can now also be searched via the Mortgage Pipeline.
21/01/2019 - We're introducing a new contact type for your business clients.
Business View:
Businesses can now be added as a contact, with services tagged within and clients linked as Directors or Shareholders. This allows for policies or services owned by a Business to be kept separate to a client's personal file (to avoid insured business partners being loaded into a file with a Director's family, for example)
