Enter your CRM link into your browsers URL - this will be crm.tapnz.co.nz/companycode
If the 'Company Code' is not included in the URL, attempting to log in will prompt 'Unauthorized Access'. It's crucial to verify this to avoid login issues.

To access the CRM, use the same credentials that you use to log into GMail or Microsoft, as these two systems are linked.
GMail - If this is your first time logging in, click 'Allow' to establish a link between the CRM and your Gmail Calendar, you will be able to add activities and appointments to your calendar via the CRM.
Microsoft - If you are logging in for the first time, complete the 2FA process to connect the CRM. Also this will be linked to your Outlook Calendar, where you can add activities and appointments directly to your calendar through the CRM.
Note: The CRM does not have the functionality to do anything other than create an appointment in your calendar via Activities (and then, if you edit or cancel that Activity, it would update your calendar accordingly)
Please ensure that if you are using the CRM on a computer that is not yours, that you log out of the CRM AND your emails or use an incognito window.
