Google offers fantastic apps to manage your mail & calendar from your mobile device. If you are an Apple user, you can continue to use the Mail and Calendar apps, or switch to the Google versions. Its actually really simple to set them both up and run them at the same time to see what you prefer, though we encourage you to only use one going forward!

Protip: don't rush to remove or delete any old apps or data from your desktop or mobile device until you are 100% satisfied that all the required data is available.
As mentioned previously, you can set up the desktop version of Gmail to have a similar look and feel to the Outlook features you may be familiar with. Here is a comprehensive guide.
Follow these simple instructions. If you already have a branded signature created as an image simply insert it using the image tool.
We will migrate your contacts and calendars over as part of the migration process. In the future, if you have additional contacts you wish to bulk import, the guide below will assist.
Firstly, export your contacts from Outlook into a csv file. Microsoft provide a step by step guide here (scroll down the page to Export your contacts from Outlook to Google Gmail. Google also has a guide to import, restore and backup contacts here.
Contacts can very easily be imported (and removed again if there are any issues).
Pro tip: Sometimes the column headings in the .csv file exported from Outlook don't quite match up with the data points that Google uses. Occasionally, this can cause the import into Gmail to come across with data slightly mismatched, particularity if you have quite detailed contact data (such as multiple addresses, company names and occupations etc for each client.
It's simple to fix, by simply amending the column headings in the file exported from Outlook to match the ones Google uses.
Here is a link to a contact exported from Gmail to show what headings Google uses. If you copy and paste the relevant column headings onto your exported csv, and then save as csv again and import to Google, it will match them up a lot better.
Once imported, use the 'find and merge duplicates' option to tidy up any double ups (image below).

If you wish to see Google Calendar events on Apple Calendar you can do so by following these instructions. Note that there are a few Google Calendar features that don't work on Apple Calendar, such as email notifications for events.

When you are first logging into your Google/Gmail account you will need to set up a Google person so you can easily access everything available to you.
Setting this up will also enable you to save your bookmarks, history and passwords that correspond with that individual email address (can be helpful when you want to keep your personal and business emails, passwords and bookmarks separated).
