Located on the Taskbar, Pipelines features a dropdown menu listing each service you provide. Here, you can thoroughly examine your data breakdown of your business from the reports and filter results as needed. You can also see the Total API calculated according to your filter. If you have Business Owner access, you can also export the data results for further analysis.
First of all - it is best to spend the time up front, structuring your Pipeline Searches to display the information that is most useful to see from the get go.
Use the cog in the right corner, next to the search and filter buttons to easily move the columns around into a view that suits your individual preferences - this will be saved for next time you log into the CRM. Use the icon on the right of the 'Column Selection' box to move them from Visible to Not Visible.
Sort by your chosen column (for example, click the 'Mobile' Column to sort numerically)
You can move the columns around manually also (not using the Column Selection section). Drag left or right to reorder
Resize the columns in this view by hovering over the right of the title until your cursor changes to the black resize cursor.
You have the ability to pull up a more comprehensive list refined by several different categories.
Select one, none or multiple fields within the filter to refine your search (note: removing all filters will pull up all data that you have access to see)
For Example: Life & Risk Insurance Pipeline - You can search for all clients that have an Inforce Policy, currently claiming with OnePath by filling out the Policy Status, Provider & Claim Status filters.
If you are a Business Owner, you will be able to Export the results into a CSV File.
