There are now Reports able to be run by the Business Owner
On the Report Overview, there are two sections to complete; Report Date Range & Report Type - enter the desired date range and select the Report you would like to run from the drop-down box and hit 'Export' to generate
Anniversary Report
This runs a report that pulls all Policy Owners of Life & Risk Policies whose anniversary date is within the noted date range.
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Policy Owner First Name, Policy Owner Surname, Policy Owner Number (eg. 1 or 2), Email
Policy Details: Provider, Policy Number, Anniversary Date
File Details: Next Review Date, Review Pending, Adviser
Client Review Report
This runs a report that pulls all Clients whose Next Review Date is within the noted date range
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Primary First Name, Primary Surname, City, Email, Postcode
File Details: Adviser, Last Review Date, Next Review Date, Inforce L&R, Mortgage Drawdown, KiwiSaver Complete, F&G Inforce
CRM Details: Customer ID
Birthday Report
This runs a report that pulls all Clients whose Birthday is within the noted date range
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Client First Name, Client Surname, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mailing Address 1, Mailing Address 2, City, Postcode, Physical Address
Refix Report
This runs a report that pulls all Mortgages that have a Fixed Period End Date within the noted date range
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Primary Client First Name, Primary Client Surname, Email Address
Mortgage Details: Borrowing Entity First Name 1, Borrowing Entity Surname 1, Borrowing Entity First Name 2, Borrowing Entity Surname 2, Refix Date, Provider, Loan Number, Loan Value, Business Mortgage
File Details: Adviser
Internal - Start Date
This report is an internal report that we use to ensure that you're CRM is as up to date as possible, if we're processing your administration.
Internal - Anniversary Date
This report is an internal report that we use to ensure that you're CRM is as up to date as possible, if we're processing your administration.
Internal - Cancellation Date
This report is an internal report that we use to ensure that you're CRM is as up to date as possible, if we're processing your administration.
F&G Renewal Date
This runs a report that pulls all Inforce Fire & General policies that have a Renewal Date within the noted date range (or a missing date)
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Primary Client Last Name, Email Address
F&G Details: Insurer, Policy Number, Renewal Date
File Details: Adviser, Client ID
Completed KiwiSaver Report
This runs a report that pulls all Completed KiwiSavers with a missing Complete Date
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Primary Last Name
KiwiSaver Details: Provider, Member Number
File Details: Adviser, Client ID

This report is an internal report that we use to ensure that you're CRM is as up to date as possible, if we're processing your administration.
Retention Report
This runs a report that pulls all Life & Risk Policies that have a Retention Status noted.
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Policy Owner First Name 1, Policy Owner Last Name 1, Policy Owner First Name 2, Policy Owner Last Name 2
Policy Details: Provider, Policy Number, API, Retention Status, Retention Status Clock, Start Date, Required Field
File Details: Client ID
Claims Report
This runs a report that pulls all Life & Risk Policies that have a Claim Status noted (excluding Claim Paid).
Columns of the CSV Report:
Client Details: Policy Owner First Name 1, Policy Owner Last Name 1, Policy Owner First Name 2, Policy Owner Last Name 2
Policy Details: Provider, Policy Number, API, Claim Status, Start Date, Required Field
File Details: Client ID
