Deceased Clients

Choosing "Deceased" from the 'Contact Method' dropdown will attach a note to the file, relocate the individual to the bottom of the 'People' list on the left side of the screen. This will also remove their contact information.

They will retain ownership of existing services- if already designatied to facilitate ownership transfers and allow for the cancellation or closure of services.

They will also continue to be part of ongoing Advice Processes; however, they will not be available for selection in new services or Advice Processes added after being marked as deceased.
