Activity Type : A dropdown selection of Activities you can indicate is available. Dropdown can be amended in the settings. Reach out to Tech Support if you'd like to customize your Activity Type selection.
Assigned To: You may elect someone and have this activity assigned to them. The dropdown list will show the list of Advisers loaded or has access to the CRM.
Client: Once completed, links to the client file will automatically update any changes to the client's activity timeline. This feature is marked as optional, allowing you to search for client names uploaded to the system.
Meeting: There are three types of meetings available for selection. If selected, the method of conducting the meeting will be recorded in the reports.
Location: This option is only available when 'In Person' is chosen as the meeting type.
Link To Calendar: This updated feature allows you to link the Activity to your Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar. Just tick the box.
You can Complete or Cancel the Activity by ticking the Completed box or clicking the Cancel Icon. This will remove the Activity from the Dashboard and add a note under the corresponding client file.
