TAP CRM's taskbar is designed to streamline your workflow and keep essential tools within reach. With quick access to you real-time updates on your Dashboard to key functions, it helps you stay organized and ease your gateway to efficient customer management.
Embedded Files
Running along the top of your CRM, the Taskbar allows you to:
Switch between pages: Access your Dashboard, Leads, Clients / Businesses, Pipelines, Activities, and Company Documents.
Use the Search Bar: Quickly find clients by name, policy number, loan or member number, email address, or phone number (a faster option than the full Client Search page).
Access CRM Settings: If you are a Business Owner, you can open your Business Dashboard. From here, you can update CRM settings, add or manage users, and adjust business information.
Log Out: Securely sign out of your CRM when you are finished.
The Taskbar contains six main sections: Dashboard, Lead, Client, Pipelines, Activities and Documents. From here, you can quickly access your and manage your lists and workflows
Note: The options available in the dropdown menus may vary depending on the user access you've been granted in the CRM and on the services you provide
Your Dashboard should be a reflection of your business. You are able to add multiple widgets like your goals, pipeline, service stats and activities to your dashboard.
You can choose to view a holistic overview of the entire business or filter your Dashboard to show data for a specific adviser or group of advisers.

In the CRM, your contacts are organised into two categories:
Leads - prospective clients you are engaging with but have not yet provided services to.
Clients - individuals or businesses you currently provide, or have previously provided, active services to.
You can create and manage both:
Individual Files - for personal clients.
Business Files - for company or group clients.

The Pipeline section features a dropdown menu showing each service you provide. From here, you can:
View detailed data breakdowns of your business.
Filter results to focus on specific services or criteria.
Generate reports to analyse performance and opportunities.
If you have Business Owner access, you’ll also have the ability to export data results for further analysis outside the CRM.
Activities represent tasks within the CRM. Each task can be assigned to a user and synced directly with the assignee’s calendar.
Tasks should ideally be linked to a specific client file to keep records organised and accessible.
The Documents section allows you to store and manage files such as:
Adviser documents
FAP documents
Other supporting materials
All documents saved here remain easily accessible within the CRM
