Please note that the 'Export' button is only existent for those with Business Owner access.
If you need to run a report and export clients within a specific time period / date, you are able to do this by clicking the Client tab on the Taskbar.
Click on the 'Filter' icon, make sure to select the correct Contact Status.
Now go to the 'Client Since' section to select the start date and the end date of the desired period.
If you are looking for specific client details (i.e. Email Address, Adviser, Mobile, Primary Contact, Last Review Date and etc.), click on the cog on the right screen and drag the details you want to fall under Visible or Not Visible. Once done, click 'Save'.
If you need to run a report and export clients with a specific service, e.g. KiwiSaver, you are able to do this by clicking the Client tab on the Taskbar.
Click on the 'Filter' icon, make sure to select the correct Contact Status.
Now go to the 'Services' and select the applicable service/s for your export.
If you need to run a report and export clients with under a specific policy status (e.g. submitted, underwriting, Policy Accepted), you are able to do this from the Pipeline tab.
Click on the 'L&R Insurance Pipeline' from the dropdown. Click on the Filter icon.
Now go to the 'Policy Status', select the applicable status for your export.
Under the Pipeline section, you can search / export policies within a specific period.
Select the desired start dates and click Search and/or the 'Export' button.
Go to Pipeline Tab and select L&R Insurance Pipeline.
On the filter options, click on 'Lead Type' and select on the dropdown menu 'Group Client'.
Go to Pipeline Tab and select Advice Process Pipeline.
On the filter options, click on 'Advice Process' and select on the dropdown menu.
1. Go to Pipelines, select 'Advice Process Pipeline'
2. Click on the Filter icon for the Filter options.
3. This will then expand to the Filter options. Go to the Advice Status box.
4. Select 'In Progress' and click Search. This should generate the results.
