What is DocHub?
DocHub is one of our recommended sites for signing documents online. It is integrated with Google and you also have the opportunity to edit PDFs using this site straight out of Google Drive.
Setting Up DocHub

If you go through to the Doc Hub website (Link) and click 'Sign in with Google' you will be able to link DocHub to your email address.
Once you have done this, you will be directed to your DocHubDashboard, where you want to go to Settings
Under Settings, you need to click 'Billing' and set up 'DocHub Pro'
This is where you pick which payment method you would like to use - there are two options;
Single User License for a Single User
Multi-User License for an Organization
Multi-License for Organisation
Multi-License for Organisation
Note: If you are setting up an organisation, you will need to update your license quantity to reflect the number of accounts you'd like to add;

Go back to Settings > Billing > Add DocHub Pro, you are then able to upgrade your DocHub, License Quantity & Payment Method (hit Start Trial when you're done)

Click the DocHub logo in the top banner, make sure your organization is the user you're logged into in the top left or under settings on the right. Once under your organization, select People and Invite as many new users as you have licenses for and/or as you need or would like.
Sending a Document

1. Click Send Sign Request or New to upload a Document into DocHub to send out for a signature.

3. Click the icon in the top right corner to send a sign request

Note, you can self-assign too.
Add signers in the order you would like them to sign the document as it will send the document to one at a time.
Don't click Send Request without first going into 'Manage Fields' otherwise it will just email a copy of the PDF or Document to the recipient and they won't be able to edit

Click on the relevant field and it will be greyed out - then you can place this on the document where you need, move and resize accordingly as well as assign (click NA to assign to someone).
6. Once finalised, click Prepare Sign Request

It should then confirm how many fields are assigned to each person, under Options, you can amend the Subject and Message and then hit Send.

In your emails, you will be able to open up DocHub straight from your email.
Click the document (not download or add to drive, just somewhere outside of those options) to open preview mode
Once preview mode is open, select DocHub in the 'Open With' view
