Within an Individual or Business File, you can add services, depending on your business (Life & Risk Insurance, Mortgages, Fire & General Insurance and/or KiwiSaver & Investments)
Under L&R Insurance you will be able to see a summary of all policies on the left hand side - these are grouped by Policy Number
By clicking on specific policy, the details will populate to the right.
Adding A New Policy. On the left side, above the list of all policies, there is a 'plus' to add a new entry
Required fields are marked with red asterisk (*)
Policy Status: A drop down selection is available to select the policy status applicable.
Original Adviser: A drop down selection of all advisers within your business is available for you to choose from. Select the one most applicable. Included on the selection is the option "N/A Adviser" if original adviser is either no longer traceable and/or not available in the list.
Policy Number: Policy number of the policy added.
Once you click 'Save', this will show more options as shown below:
Link Document - On the right, you can link a Policy Summary that has been loaded into the 'Document' Section of the file, this allows for quicker access to the most recent policy summary
Policy Alteration - On the right, you can add an 'alteration' to the existing Policy - this will add a new 'tab' to that specific policy number. When processing your Admin, we would add a new tab for an increase to an existing policy, or a reduction to an existing policy to track the notes and corresponding dates separately to each alteration
Notes/Exclusions: Above notes, on the Left, there is an open text field for Notes & Exclusions specific to the policy (for example: Madeleine - Medical: Right Arm Exclusion)
Required Field: Above notes, on the Right, there is an open text field for Requirements specific to the policy - this is particularly useful while going through the Underwriting process to ensure that all outstanding requirements needed to get a policy issued are detailed. These will be removed as they are received and submitted to the insurer (for example: Madeleine - Broken Arm Disclosure / Payment Method)
Adding a Note: You can click the Document next to the Notes title to add a note without having to edit the full L&R 'tab'. These will be displayed in date order and be time and user stamped to track activity on the file (the 'Add a note' box will only appear when you first create the policy - after this, use the icon)

This section mirrors the L&R Insurance Service and has the same functionality.
Under Mortgages you will be able to see a summary of all Mortgages on the left hand side - these are grouped by Loan Number
By clicking on specific asset, the details will populate to the right.
Adding New Mortgage - On the left side, above the list of all loans, there is a 'plus' to add a new entry
Add New Split: On the right, you can add a split to an existing loan - this will add a new 'tab' to that specific loan number. When processing your Admin, we would add a split for each loan the client has drawndown on (for example, one Primary Loan fixed for 3 years, one Split fixed for 1 year and one floating split)
Borrowing Entities - Though this is not a required field, it is highly recommended to add the Borrowing Entities by selecting the client involved of this mortgage.

Loan Number -
There are only two required fields on this section. However, it is still important to indicate details & information as much as you can.
Once saved, you will then see another option to Add New Split if applicable.

Add a new Investment Fund. On the left side, above the list of all funds, there is a 'plus' to add a new entry. Select the fund type, either KiwiSaver or Investment.
