As a Business Owner, an Adviser or an Adviser Manager, once you're logged in, you will be directed to your 'Dashboard'. This page will show summary of the widgets you prefer to see.
Running along the top, there is a Taskbar that allows you to;
Switch between Dashboard, Leads, Clients / Businesses, Pipelines, Activities and Company Documents
Search Bar: Search for clients using client name, policy, loan or member number, email address or phone number (quick search, rather than going through the Client Search page)
CRM Settings:
If you are a Business Owner, you can view your Business Dashboard - this will allow you to alter CRM settings, as well as add and manage users. Refer to 'Business Dashboard' sheet for instructions on how to alter this information as a Business Owner.
Log out of the CRM.
By clicking the 'Add/Remove Widgets' you will be able to choose which widgets you would like displayed on your dashboard by ticking or unticking the corresponding boxes. Click 'Apply' to save your changes (shown in the picture above)
By clicking the Adviser box on the right, you will be able to load stats (shown in the picture above)
To see different advisers information on the dashboard click on the drop down box in the top right corner and you can see the names of all your advisers. You can select one or more, or you can tick the 'see all advisers' box to choose all (shown in the picture to the right).

Use the Dropdown Box to switch between Life & Risk Insurance, Mortgages & KiwiSaver, F&G Insurance & Investment whichever is applicable
Life & Risk Insurance Pipeline: Shows the number of policies and the total API currently pending with the Status Lead, First Meeting, Submitted, Underwriting, Notes/Tests Required, Offer of Terms & Policy Accepted.
Mortgage Pipeline: Shows the number of deals and the total lending currently pending with the status Mortgage Enquiry, Awaiting Application, Application Received, Loan Application Submitted, Information Required, Pre-Approved LOO, Conditional LOO & Unconditional LOO.
KiwiSaver Pipeline: Shows the number of funds currently pending with the status Lead, Submitted & Info Required
F&G Insurance: Pipeline shows the total amount of Premium, Leads made, Contact made, Infor Requested, Quoted, Underwriting, Offer of terms and Policy Accepted.
Investment: Shows the number of funds currently pending with the status Lead, Submitted & Info Required.
By clicking on any of the status', you will be taken through to view the policies, deals or funds via the corresponding 'Pipeline' view, which shows the breakdown and more specific information.
Shows Mortgages that have a Fixed Period End Date expiring within the noted date range and displays the noted Borrowing Entity and Provider that the client's loan is with.
Use the Date box to select the date range you'd like to show - this automatically defaults to all Fixed Period End Dates in the next 2 months.
By clicking on the Borrowing Entity, you will be taken to the corresponding client's profile and the corresponding Mortgage with the Fixed Period End Date expiring in the noted date range.
There are six types of this widget - L&R Insurance CY (Calendar Year - January to December), L&R Insurance FY (Financial Year - April to March), KiwiSaver, Mortgage and two F&G Goal Tracks: Domestic & Commercial.
The Goals for these widgets can be set within the User Profiles under 'Business Dashboard'. Please refer to this page for instructions on how to edit these (if you don't have access to this, you may have to ask your Business Owner to amend for you)
L&R Widgets: Inforce Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Start Date within the current Calendar or Financial Year.
KiwiSaver Widget: Complete Funds with a Start Date within the current Calendar Year.
Mortgage Widget: Current Mortgage and Drawn Down/Settled Loans written by you, as the adviser, with a Drawdown Date of the current Calendar Year
F&G NB Commercial: Inforce Policies written by you (Adviser) with the First Policy Date within the calendar year where the policy type is on commercial.
F&G NB Domestic: Inforce Policies written by you (Adviser) with the First Policy Date within the calendar year where the policy type is on domestic.
Shows deals over a three month span (previous, current and next month)
Previous Month: Current Mortgage and Drawn Down/Settled loans written by you, as the adviser, with the Drawdown within the previous month
Current Month: Current Mortgage and Drawn Down/Settled loans written by you, as the adviser, with the Drawdown within the current month
Next Month: Pending loans written by you, as the adviser, with an Expected Drawndown Date that falls into the next month
Shows Insurance Policies that have an Anniversary Date in the noted date range and displays the noted Policy Owner Name and API that the client's insurance is with.
Use the Date box to select the date range you'd like to show - this automatically defaults to all Anniversary Dates in the next 2 weeks.
By clicking on the Policy Owner Name, you will be taken to the corresponding client's profile and the corresponding Insurance Policy with the Anniversary Date due in the noted date range.
By clicking on the Date, Activity Name or Client Name, this will take you through to Activity on the corresponding client's file.
Use the Date box to select the date range you'd like to show - this automatically defaults to all Pending Activities due in the last 2 weeks.
Use the Calendar Icon to schedule a new activity - this will bring an Activity pop-up.
Creating a New Activity
Activity Type : A dropdown selection of Activities you can indicate is available. Dropdown can be amended in the settings. Reach out to Tech Support if you'd like to customize your Activity Type selection.
Assigned To: You may elect someone and have this activity assigned to them. The dropdown list will show the list of Advisers loaded or has access to the CRM.
Client: Once completed, links to the client file will automatically update any changes to the client's activity timeline. This feature is marked as optional, allowing you to search for client names uploaded to the system.
Meeting: There are three types of meetings available for selection. If selected, the method of conducting the meeting will be recorded in the reports.
Location: This option is only available when 'In Person' is chosen as the meeting type.
Link To Calendar: This updated feature allows you to link the Activity to your Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar. Just tick the box.
You can Complete or Cancel the Activity by ticking the Completed box or clicking the Cancel Icon. This will remove the Activity from the Dashboard and add a note under the corresponding client file.
Shows L&R Commission that has the Policy Status: Inforce and Start Trans within the noted time period.
Current Pipeline is the sum of the Commission Field where the status is Pending (ie - Submitted, Underwriting, Notes/Tests Required, Offer of Terms, Policy Accepted or First Meeting)
There are five versions of this widget - CY (Calendar Year - January to December), FY (Financial Year - April to March), Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly.
This tracks your Submitted, Issued, Cancelled and Net API over the noted time period. The Annual Widgets also calculate API Completion Rate & App Completion Rate.
Submitted API: Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Submitted Date within the noted time frame.
Issued API: Inforce Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Start Date within the noted time frame.
Cancelled API: Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Cancellation Date within the noted time frame
Net API: Issued API less Cancelled API
API Completion Rate: Percentage of Submitted API that is issued.
App Completion Rate: Percentage of Submitted Policies that were issued.
This tracks the stats of your top six Providers (based off your book) and the Total Inforce API, Issued API, Cancelled API and Persistency with those company's over the last 12 months.
Provider: Your top six Providers are listed and the rest are added together under 'Other'
Total Inforce API: Total value of L&R Insurance policies that are inforce and were written by you
Issued API: Inforce Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Start Date within the noted time frame.
Cancelled API: Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Cancellation Date within the noted time frame
Persistency: Your Persistency calculated within 1 decimal point.
This tracks your Stats (or, if you're a Business Owner, it can track all your Adviser's Stats) over the noted date range.
Use the Date box to select the date range you'd like to show - this automatically defaults to information within the current quarter
Submitted API: Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Submitted Date within the noted time frame.
Issued API: Inforce Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Start Date within the noted time frame.
Cancelled API: Policies written by you, as the adviser, with a Cancellation Date within the noted time frame
KiwiSavers: Completed KiwiSavers within the noted time frame.

Shows Clients that have a Birthday within the noted date range and displays the client's Name, Birthday and Age
Use the Date box to select the date range you'd like to show - this automatically defaults to show all the birthdays in the next week.
By clicking on the Client Name Entity, you will be taken to the corresponding client's profile
