18 athletes race at State in each event.
2016 is the top 18 times after State. 2017 - 2021 are the top 18 times before state. (I.e., the 18 automatic qualifiers.)
For 2022 -2024 I recorded the number of "scratches"/non-declares. - I.e., they opted not to enter the State Championship in that event, even though they had a qualifying time. That's typically because they wanted to focus on another event. In a few cases it was due to injury.
The "Last Entry" column is the time of the 18th fastest person, after scratches, qualifying for State.
