In this project, the three drawing I did was a corner of my room, my self portrait, and a vaseline container. My self portrait presented me with my mask on. Representing the time I'm in school, in quarantine. The reason why I decided to draw vaseline was because this was the object that was just in front of me on my desk. Since I didn't have any idea of what to draw; I just drew the thing that I used the most often in my life. Lastly, I chose to present this corner was that this was the corner where I go in and out of my room. Going in and out of my area, a place where I spent most of my time studying and playing.
For the three drawings, I decided to just use pencil because in twenty minutes I can't really set a painting area up and draw. Therefore, I decided to keep it simple, and pencil was the easiest tool to work with.
In each project, I started with the outline for the components that I'm drawing. Measuring where the eyes should be on my portrait, setting up the lines for the corner of my room, and drawing the circle outline for the vaseline. Then I just build off of the base that I had done, adding details, putting in shades.
