Artists Statement
In this section, I'm presenting point perspective art; which is a first perspective view of what I want to present. We experience point perspective every day, every object and view that we're looking at can be a perspective drawing. They are logical and exact to the point where you're looking towards.
In my art, I used ruler, graphite pencil, sharpie, and colored pencil. To get the best lines, you have to use a ruler in order to line it up with your perspective point.
In the perspective art, I started all the drawing with a perspective point that I draw my art from. Next I builded my lines off of the perspective point, connecting it to the end point of lines, this allows the line to be in the perspective. Beginning with pencil allows me to erase and add lines, making sure that every line is in toward the perspective. Form the sketch, I build off of it, by adding either sharpie lines or color them in.
