Artist statement-

For this assignment we had to go outside on campus & try to take 17 pictures, one with each element (ex. leading lines, far distance). My approach to the next step was picking my 3 favorite pictures I took including the elements, so I chose angle up, angle down, & repetition & grouping. I chose those to edit because they stood out to me for some reason. For example maybe my favorite edit is photo 2, edit one & I think it stand out to me because I love they kind of grayness of the photo but the color in the leaves. To make that kinda aesthetic by first turning the vibrance all the way down then heavily adjusting the brilliance & shadows to then go onto more little adjustments. One thing I think I can improve on is having more variety in my edits? So far im already seeing a theme so maybe just switching some things up.
