Because it has to come out of your nose! Realistic expectations for your exercise program.
The goal of this course is to provide people with realistic expectations for exercise and weight loss programs. We'll be active and take a fun approach to understanding what's actually happening in the body during and after a workout. We'll discuss various exercise and nutrition misconceptions and also spend some time familiarizing everyone with some of the more technical aspects of exercise from the weight room to the great outdoors.
Two sessions taken in order. Comfortable walking shoes are a must and plan to be active so dress accordingly. If you wish to use the locker rooms, make sure to bring your Pirate card.
