Journaling is not just writing something down quickly or writing for a specific assignment. Journaling is a specific feeling, a spiritual connection and a way to purposely and creatively express yourself. This class will help you customize a journal for your own specific needs and help you set realistic goals for yourself. Participants will learn effective writing techniques and exercises to help relieve stress and maintain overall well-being. Participants will learn how to utilize journaling as a self care and empowerment tool to help promote and cultivate enjoyable life experiences.
Week 1 - What is Journaling? Learning the basics, setting goals and customizing your journal.
Week 2 - Learn how to express yourself by using journaling as an effective tool for motivation and self expression.
