Muslims present the Quran as a so-called Miracle of Muhammad. They do this as there is nothing else for them to present to us as 'proof' of their faith. However, if you study the Quran, you will notice plagiarism from older religious scriptures and fables well known to his time. One wonders what exactly did Muhammad bring to this world (other than the systematic persecution of non-Muslims, Homosexuals, Women, Children etc. at the hands of Islamic Law) that we did not already possess? The phrase “Old wine in a new bottle” comes to mind.
