Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups home-made kefir (Get recipe here)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (I used frozen berries this time of year allowing it to thaw in the fridge overnight)
- 1 ripe banana
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together
- Pour and enjoy
- If the smoothie is too thick for you, add half a cup of non-dairy milk and blend
